This enables you perform financial transaction on any kind of mobile phone without going to the bank, using internet or downloading any mobile app.
This *966# code grants you 24 hours access to banking services without incurring any cost – the service is totally free .

The zenith bank code *966# has many functions designed to make life simple; this include opening of account, checking balance, airtime purchase, funds transfer and others. 

First Bank, UBA, GTBank and others already offers similar services to thier customers. we are glad zenith bank can now join.

CODE TO BUY AIRTIME FROM ZENITH BANK

Buy airtime and data – dial *966*amount*mobile number#, Select the network the number belongs to, then you will be asked to  enter your 4 digit PIN to confirm ,if successful you will receive a message “you have successfully purchase airtime.

CODE TO TRANSFER MONEY FROM ZENITH BANK TO ANY ACCOUNT IN NIGERIA

Using your alert number that is registered with zenith bank follow the process outlined below:

• To transfer funds, dial *966*amount*account number# >>

• Select the bank you are transferring to (1,2,3 etc).
• Confirm that the name you are sending to and amount is correct.
• Your 4 digit pin will be required to complete the transaction. (if this is your first transaction, the last 4 digit of your ATM card will be required)

CODE TO CHECK YOUR ZENITH BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE

Using your alert number that is registered with zenith bank follow the process outlined below:

• Dial *966*00#  to check your zenith account balance. Your 4 digit pin will be required to complete the transaction. (if this is your first transaction, the last 4 digit of your ATM card will be required)
• Your account balance will sent to your via SMS.

CODE TO OPEN A ZENITH BANK ACCOUNT

You can open a Zenith bank account at your convenience and receive the account number at home by dialing this code below:

• Dial *966*0#  and enter the personal information requested such as name, 4 digit transfer pin etc.
• Your bank account number will be sent to you upon successful creation of the account.

NOTE; all this transaction can only be performed from the phone number registered against customers account with zenith bank.
