This means users will be able to create, distribute and consume materials related to se*ual themes as long as it is consensually produced and distributed. Users can now share nu*ity or se*ual behavior on Twitter, provided it is properly labeled and not prominently displayed.
Twitter believes that in the autonomy of adults to engage with and create contents that reflects their own beliefs, desires, and experience, including those related to sexuality. While users are allowed to share adult contents, users are not allowed to share adult contents in highly visible places like profile pictures or banners.

Twitter defines adult contents as any consensually produced and distributed material depicting adult nu*ity or se*ual behavior that is po*nographic or intended to cause se*ual arousal.
And this also applies to photographic, AI- generated or animated contents.

The following contents are not considered as adult contents and do not need a content warning on Twitter.

- Partial obscured nudity contents.

- Parody or satire to convey a political idea.

How To Mark Your Contents Are Adult Contents On Twitter.
If you regularly post adult contents on Twitter, then you need to adjust your media settings. Doing so places your images and videos behind a content warning that needs to be acknowledged before your media is played. You can also add a one-time content warning on your posts.
To adjust your media settings, follow these steps:
- In your X account, click the more icon.
- Select “settings and privacy” from the crop-down menu and go to privacy and safety settings.
- Click the “your posts” section and check the box next to “mark media you post as containing material that may be sensitive”.
