The number of Android devices being infected with different types of malware and adware is on the rise now more than ever.
The usual symptoms of these malicious programs is running background services that have administrative privilege to display full screen adverts, download and install apps in silent mode without users notice.
Sometimes, WiFi and Mobile data connections can also be turned on by these Android malware.
The best two ways I know that can keep your Android safe and prevent infection is to only download Trusted Applications listed on Google Android Play Store and Do Not Root your device for any reason.

HOW TO FLASH TECNO G9 STOCK ROM
The first thought would usually to do a factory reset but unfortunately, this doesn’t solve the problem because although it wipes your device clean, the malware still exists in the root via administrative access.
Follow these easy steps below to Flash a stock firmware to your Tecno G9 and permanently get rid of annoying adverts.
NOTE: The following steps will erase all content store on your Tablet. A Backup of Pictures, Music, Contacts & SMS is highly recommended before proceeding.

- Download Techno G9 Android Stock Firmware, then extract folder to desktop. Download SP Flash tool and also Android Universal Drivers
- With the device turned off and Unplugged from the computer, Launch SP Flash too >> click BROWSE to select Scatter from the folder of G9 Firmware downloaded.
- Un-check Preloader if the device isn’t entirely bricked / dead.
Click DOWNLOAD and now Plug the phone via USB while switched off - If drivers were successfully installed, your device should begin to format indicated by a Yellow progress bar.
- When complete, reboot your device and that’s all.
The process described above is the same for most android devices but you’d have to source for the compatible ROM to download for your device.
