1. Log in to your facebook account using a PC/Laptop.
2. Go to the “Privacy shortcut” option from the top right corner of the page.

4. Click on private from the left pane and change the settings.
5. Go to the left pane again and click “Apps” option.
6. It will show you the list of app and website you facebook account is connected.
7. Check for the name of that application or website from that list and delete or stage the settings.
