Uploaded files can have several attributes set to them:
1. Private: This is the default settings of all files uploaded to your google drive. These files can be downloaded or seen by only you. On private mode, some users can still be given access to the file by adding their emails to access list.
2. Anyone with the link: Uploaded files have a unique download link that can be shared with friends or emailed to business contacts. They do not need to have a Google account to access the files shared with them. This gives them access to the files but further settings such as editing and veiwing previlage can be set.
3. Public on the Web: Got a file you wish to share on the internet for everyone to download? This will suit that purpose, especially for bloggers. Anyone can access the file, it will be listed on Google search.
How to access Google Drive
A Google account is required to use Google Drive. Signup for Free Google Account if you don’t already own one.
1. Google Drive on the Web: Using a web browser, visit the address drive.google.com and Login.
2. Google Drive Application: Download and install Google Drive for faster and easier access on multiple devices:
