Nigerian Navy 2020 Application Requirements
I’ll try to list some main prerequisites you must meet to qualify for the second phase of the application process which is document verification and a written examination. If you do not meet the following requirements, don’t bother to continue with the Application form.
- Age: Applicants with ONLY SSCE must be between 18 to 22 years, while applicants with Higher qualification like OND, NCE and Nursing must be between 18 to 26.
- Over Qualified: Do NOT apply for a Position you’re over qualified for. Example: OND Holder should not apply for a position that requires SSCE Only.
- Marital Status: If you’re Married, Please do not apply to the Nigerian Navy.
- No Tattoos / Disability:The physically, mentally challenged should not apply.
- Document Forgery:Do not falsify any documents required as physical verification will be done. You will be arrested and prosecuted if caught.

Nigerian Navy Online registration Steps
If you’re met the requirements listed above and know the Position you’re applying for. The Next steps to follow are:
- Confirm Email: Important information will be sent to your email by Nigerian Navy. Therefore, If you have a Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail account before, Please Login to it and make sure your Inbox opens BEFORE you use that email for Nigerian Navy Registration 2020. Create a new Email address if you do not have one or can’t retrieve your old email password.

- Password Complexity The Password required for the Navy Form must be alphanumeric and have Capital Letter, Small Letter and a Number. Example: Nigeria1
The Application can be continued later using your email and password you signed up with on the Portal or used to reprint your Slip if you’ve already submitted. - National Identity Number (NIN): This number is required in the first page of the form and was the reason one of our applicant could not continue his registration. If you printed your NIN Slip a long time ago, you may have only a Serial Number that shows Both letters and Number combined. The Nigerian Navy Registration requires the NIN number which can be obtained by Dialing *346# from your number used during NIN registration. If you’ve lost that number, the alternative is to visit a NIN registration center or local government to reprint your NIN. Do no register a NEW NIN if you already did before, simply request for reprinting.
