One big freedom Nigerians have long anticipated to get in the internet is the access to watch TV shows and movies on Netflix. Just like Youtube, Netflix is an online streaming website that allows you to watch all latest Movies and TV Shows with a monthly access fee just like TV but in the palm of your hand.
Why we call it freedom?
When this video streaming website was restricted to just only sixty countries at startup some tech geek out there were striving hard to make sure people from other countries could access it via setting up proxy and IP address or using other means to bypass and make it seems as if the user is surfing from one of the Netflix approved countries then.
Finally Netflix on Wednesday 6th January confirmed that it’s now available in Nigeria and other 129 countries.
You don’t have to bypass with VPN apps anymore, they are giving you a free one month trial once you install the app and after that it be $7.99 or $9.99 or $11.99 a month.
Be sure to cancel your One month free subscription before it expiry to avoid being charged automatically.

You can always stream Netflix movies directly from Netflix Website but if you’re on the move (work, traveling etc) it’s more convenient to watch movies from your mobile device.
Netflix Mobile Application is available on Google Play Store for Android, Blackberry World and Apple App Store.
Download Netflix directly from Google PlayStore.
Download Netflix from Apple App Store for iOS
Download from Windows App Store.
We will give this a try and come back with more detailed review of content on Netflix for Nigeria and the question most people would be thinking about – When will NollyWood Movies be available on Netflix?
