The products and services offered by Mobile networks in Nigeria are far from perfect, it is therefore expected that consumers will need help more often than necessary.
Here on Ngbuzz.com we’re trying our best to provide information you need and possible solutions to resolve common issues encountered when using mobile devices or PC – and we’ll continue to do so because your satisfaction gladens our hearts. (No be wash)
When to contact service provider customer care
Although Ngbuzz Forum is more patient, welcoming and supports a broad range of topics, the technical support we provide is limited to past experiences or some research on the subject – There are problems we cannot fix remotely and refer users to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or service provider.
Contrary to popular belief, you can contact customer care centers when you don’t have problems that needs fixing or questions to ask. Calls to show appreciation for bonus airtime or data received, stable network etc are also accepted.
Listed below are the various contact information and channels service providers in Nigeria have made available for users who need support. Calling customer care requires a lot of patience, i personally prefer tweeting – clearly stating the problem in detail and including the phone number so they can investigate and fix. The third option of Serving yourself via a Self Help portal is relatively new and not widely used yet but works great for retrieving lost sim and review account charges. In my Next post, I’ll show how to use mobile network Self care portals to fix common issues yourself.

You have a right to demand for quality service you paid for and express disappointment when expectation is not met but remember, customer care agents are humans too and should be treated with respect. They’re not entirely to blame for your issue. The customer is king but be a kind king
