Gradually what people love to use and called latest upgrade has in it some sub-line motive embedded by our almighty Microsoft Corporation. Windows 10 (aka Windows last OS version) according to Microsoft promises to bring in lots of new functionality and features and the corporation is really doing their best to make things happen.
If you’ve upgraded you PC to windows 10 or purchased one that has it installed already. You would have noticed that on the usual default setting, some apps creeps into the right (tile) side of your PC start menu.
Well to people who think it is OK, you don’t have a problem at all. But if you’re one of the tech users that always want to be in-charge of what you use and what you see cause that is the only thing you’re responsible for then read on.
Suggestions, so appealing as Microsoft gave a sweet name called “suggestions”, but they’re actually just ads. Clicking these apps take you to the Store, where you can purchase and download them.
Here is how to remove windows 10 start menu suggestions (ads):
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to Personalization
- Find this toggle “Occasionally show suggestions in Start.”
- Turn the toggle Off and close the settings.
- Windows suggestion or ads will never show up again unless you turn that toggle on
