It’s safe, secure and available for you as long as you have your Smart phone with internet access with you wherever you go and an additional benefit of this Ecobank mobile app is that it gives you an Automatic access to an e-wallet account.
If you have already started using the Ecobank mobile app before now but you had a change of device all you need do is Download the App into this your new device then authenticate your device by dialing *326# using your ‘Registered PIN’ and then change your PIN, then log in to the App to start using it.
If you have not started using the Ecobank mobile(first time using it) then all you have to do is DOWNLOAD the App, open it and Click on ‘NEW USER’ and ‘REGISTER’ your details.
