Good news to all Union Bank customers. Union bank has launched a USSD code service that allow you easily purchase airtime credit directly from your Union bank account balance by dialing a USSD Code.
Union bank took a while to implement this service but I’m glad they finally have it working so their customers are not left out. Like other banks in Nigeria who have launched similar airtime recharge service for any mobile network, Union bank customers can now purchase airtime directly from his/her union bank account by just dialing the USSD code and instantly the requested amount will be credited to your mobile phone or to the number you want to recharge for.
Code To Buy Airtime From Your Union Bank Account
To recharge from your union bank account dial *826*amount#
Example; if you want to recharge 2000 just dial *826*2000# and the requested amount will be credited to your phone instantly.
Code to Recharge Union Bank for others
To recharge airtime for others from your Union bank account balance dial *826*amount*phone number#
Example; To recharge your friends line directly with 2,000 Naira airtime, dial *826*2000*your friends number#
Note: The service only works for customers who’s number is linked to their union bank account and also any airtime purchased is automatically deducted from your union bank account.
Union Bank code to Buy data
Dial *826*9# and select the Mobile Network Service provider (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9Mobile etc). Select the data amount you wish to buy and the phone number data will be credited to.
