The Headies is an annual music award show that recognize the amazing contribution and achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The Headies is normally held in Laogos, Nigeria. In the Headies 2023 edition, there are some music artists that were nominated for different categories more than once. The reason is because they submitted their songs for different category and their songs met the judges requirements, so they had to be nominated.

Portable’s 2022 Headies Nomination.

Portable was nominated for the 2022 Headies award in a category in Goya Meno and other, but was disqualified. Yes he was disqualified because some days after is nomination, he did a video saying he is the leader of a particular cult group. And the judges of the Headies saw the video. And an award can’t be given to a cult group leader, so he was disqualified.

Then Goya Meno won for that category and Portable stated attacking Goya Meno saying what other song does he have apart from Ameno, and other things. And Portable also said that he is bigger than Headies. Ooh, I see maybe this is why he wasn’t nominated.

Wizkid’s New Nickname.

Wizkid is now called “biggest bird” and I don’t even know why. So what about star boy. And someone on Twitter said “Wizkid being called the biggest bird is funny. He is popular yes, but he has not elevated any artist, doesn’t spice up collabs, & lyrically speaking he is not he best; Let’s not also forget that he belittled his colloagues (rapper). So how is he the biggest bird”.
