The National Population Commission (NPC) is a commission that collect, study the data of the country. NPC is a data collecting commission of Nigeria. Its mandate is to handle survey in monitoring the population growth of the country. The president of Nigeria often appoints the head of the commission, and also supervises the activities of the commission. Currently, the head of the commission is Alhaji Nasir Isa Kwarra. The main goal of NPC is to achieve a steady population in the country at a consistent level with social advancement etc. It has 6 divisions, it is functioning under the Ministry Of Health. The last census in Nigeria was conducted in 2006.

- You should be ready to work in new environments.
- You should be from age 18 – 60 to apply.
- The minimum academic qualification you need to apply is SSCE.
- You should have a National Identification Number (NIN).

When Will The 2022 NPC Ad-hoc Recruitment End?
The 2022 recruitment of staffs started 31st of October 2022, and will end on the 28th of December 2022.
And there will be screening of all applicants in all Local Government Areas (LGAs) on the 20th of November 2022.
The NPC commission is expecting to receive over 25 million applications but recruit 1.5 million.
